At the well attended October meeting of the NSW Dickens Society, Jenifer Ide of the Rochester & Chatham Branch who is in Sydney for the sold-out Dickens Fellowship conference, addressed members on the history of Dickens's time at Gad's Hill - where Jennifer is a volunteer guide.
