In partnership with the City Museums Service, you are invited to join us at Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum. At 11:00 a.m. there will be a traditional placing of the wreath at the Museum by the Portsmouth Birthplace Branch President, the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, Cllr Tom Coles. This will be followed at 12 noon by the placing of a garland around Dickens' statue in Guildhall Square, Portsmouth.
