Regular meetings of the Baltimore Dickens Society include discussions of the chosen novel for the year. For 2023, that novel is David Copperfield. Chapters by meeting date include September 8: Chapters 1–11
; October 6: Chapters 12–23
; November 10: Chapters 24–36
; December 15: Chapters 37–49
; and January 12: Chapters 50–64.
