The Southern California Dickens (SoCal DF) Fellowship meets every other month to discuss a selected
novel or a specific Dickensian theme. If a Guest Presentation opportunity avails, we will calendar in the
between month.

We will offer Zoom meetings in January, March, May and July 2024 . All will focus on Great Expectations.
Attempts at live meetings at our beautiful downtown library have not been well-attended, so such have
been suspended until enthusiasm arises.

Here are our upcoming 2024 Saturday meeting dates, along with our presenter, topic, and/or chapters
that will be read and discussed:

January 13: Great Expectations ( pt. I Ch. 1-14) Penguin Ch. 1-14 (Tim)
March 9: Great Expectations (pt. I, Ch. 15-19, pt. II, Ch. 1-10) Penguin Ch. 15-29 (Karen)
May 11: Great Expectations (pt. II, Ch. 11-20, pt. III, Ch. 1-5) Penguin Ch. 30-44 (Faye)
July 13: Great Expectations (pt. III, Ch. 6-20) Penguin Ch. 45-59 (Tom)
