Celebration
To celebrate Charles Dickens's birthday. There will be a toast to his immortal memory, with a response on behalf of the city by the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, Councillor Hugh Mason. Arrive 12:30 for a 13:00 start. Tickets cost £16 per person and must have been ordered in advance via our Chair, Tim Suffolk (023 9238 8870)
