Celebration
Celebration of the birth of Charles Dickens, in partnership with the City Museums Service. 10:30 for 11:00 am: traditional placing of the wreath at the Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum, by our President, the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth. Followed at 12 noon by placing of garland around neck of Dickens statue in Guildhall Square.
