Nature of event:
Celebration
The Dickens Fellowship Birthday Dinner will take place on Monday 7th February 19.00 for 19.30.

The venue this year will be in the Gascoigne Suite at the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, Waterloo, London, SE1 8UJ (near Waterloo Station).  We recently held the Christmas lunch there and feedback was excellent.

In the chair will be the Dickens Fellowship President, Ian Dickens. We are delighted that the toast to the Immortal Memory will be proposed by Gerald Dickens. Gerald, apart from being the great-great grandson of Charles Dickens, is a professional actor, director and producer, and a recently published author. Dickens and Staplehurst: A Biography of A Rail Crash, is Gerald’s first venture into print. Gerald was President of the Dickens Fellowship from 2005-2007.
